M&S is divided in group workshops, organized according to the Company’s needs. The techniques used are focused on:
ACTIVATING
positive participation, involvement in products, flexibility according to customer’s needs, management involvement, and participation in company strategies and policies
DEVELOPING
role motivation, active listening, communication approach, in order to improve personal and professional profiles.
