The Consumer Board accomplishes 26,000 interviews a year, every week for 52 weeks. The survey takes place every Monday through CATI telephone interviews on a sample of 500 Italians, men and women, from 18 years up, divided by gender, age range, main geographic areas and major towns, proportionally to the arena of reference. The interviews are presented to the Client every Monday through charts that can be found on the web or sent via e-mail. The “Consumer Board” is a real “tracking” method, clearly representative of the habits and behaviour of the population profiled in time.
