CREATIVITY THROUGH EXPERIENCE

  • What changes are necessary?
  • Must I change vision or objective?

Through simple actions and chores (Stanislavsky method) – such as imagining closing and opening a door – or more complicated ones – such as identifying with characters very different from our reality – we can train for meetings in order to foresee them, imagining the most different sceneries and different resolutions.

It’s much more than a role game: it is the experience of the reality of feelings, self-exploration, listening to others’ emotions, experiencing the endless possible resolutions of an action.
Experimental theatre, based on spontaneity and imagination, offers the possibility to shape ideas and contents that are still indefinite.

The “Laboratory” exploits group behavior and creative activities, offering the participants the opportunity to potentiate and explore their creative resources identifying development areas. The methods and tools are lent from theatrical identification techniques (Stanislavsky), Playback Theatre (Fox) and psychodrama techniques (Moreno.)
Representation and action, in a protected and guided condition, can generate a “creative group freedom”, thus identifying objectives, meaning new format concepts. An active setting builds a translated reality and a playful psychological atmosphere, and as a consequence makes it easier to experience new scenarios that can create new ideas coherently to the survey intent.
