Through our web platform, synchronous and asynchronous forum discussions can be activated, thus inviting the interviewed to a 1 or 2-hour discussion, or activating a discussion portal where the interviewed can answer with leisure time and modality.

In both cases, the chat moderators are professional psychologists prepared in chat language. Moderators can be “hidden” (they participate just as the others interviewed) or “online” – the choice depends upon the survey objective.

The Client can assist from his PC without being seen, or interact with our psychologists.

The synchronous procedure offers “real time” results.
The asynchronous procedure, besides being an ideal method for time-issued targets who don’t have constant access to internet during the day, can present stimuli and results as a consequence of chat results and therefore develop data and routes in progress.
